Burnt Timber is a collaborative brew between BORN Brewing Co. and Calgary Heritage Roasting Company. This dark and rich coffee porter also supports wildfire relief efforts every year!
On February 22nd at the BBCO taproom you'll get your hands on the first few pints of Burnt Timber as well as enjoy a Firebreak Cocktail and CHRC will be on site selling their beans and incredible merch.
All Firebreak cocktail sales on February 22nd will be donated to wildfire relief efforts in Alberta as we gear up for another record breaking fire season in 2025.

Collab Launch & Women's Adventure Film Tour
Join us in celebration of International Women's Day at BORN Brewing Co. as we screen the 2025 Women's Adventure Film Tour & Launch our IWD Collab with our pals Annex Ale Project.
The Tour consists of a series of 7 short films each highlighting rad women adventuring & the collaboration brew is a West Coast Lager that was dreamt up by the female identifying staff at both Annex & BORN. You’ll be the first to get your hands on a pint of “Future Continuous West Coast Lager” at the launch.
The Women’s Adventure Film Tour is a celebration of the inspiring women around us who are doing extraordinary things in the name of adventure. Every year, our selection of unique films is carefully chosen to show awesome women achieving their personally adventurous goals. Being adventurous doesn’t always have to mean being the fastest, going the highest, or doing the most extreme things. Adventure for most of us is stepping outside our comfort zone and climbing our own personal Everest. The films showcase real stories about women from a variety of cultures and sports around the world.

Please arrive early to claim your seat and to order a beer or other drink. Our snack menu will also be available to order from. Outside food is welcome. IWD Cask Battle
Join us and Annex Ale Project as we celebrate International Women’s Day with a Cask Battle!
Both BORN and Annex will be tapping TWO casks at 1pm on Saturday March 8th. Each of the four casks will be paired with a local charity supporting women in YYC and YOU get to decide which charity wins 100% of the proceeds from cask sales on that day! All you have to do is purchase a pour from each of the FOUR casks, vote for your favourite cask beer and submit your voting card at either Annex or BORN prior to 10pm that night.
Casks will be tapped at 1 pm at both locations, with the main event concluding at 6 pm. Casks will continue to be poured until they run dry.
Customers can pick up a Cask Card passport at either Annex or Born on March 8. You’ll receive a sign-off for each cask pour purchased at each location and can then drop your completed card in a ballot box at either location!
We’ll draw a winner for an Annex & Born Prize pack from all the completed cards, and the cask with the most votes will receive (or can choose to donate) funds raised through cask beer sales that day!
No tickets required, all are welcome. Cask pours will be available in 4oz to 12oz sizes. Must be 18+ to participate. Winner will be contacted by BORN Brewing Co. directly and must be able to pick up the prize pack from the BBCO taproom.

Each month PTW Craig will host a screening of a cult classic film and BBCO will provide $6 16oz beers and cheap popcorn. Films start promptly at 6PM so come early to snag a seat and a drink! Free to attend and open to all.

On the last Monday of every month we celebrate our MUG CLUB members. The January edition of Mug Monday is a Mug Mingle.
