OPEN POSITION: Brewer Full-Time - Join our production crew
Do you think mash tuns smell like comfort and happiness? Do you love turning grain, hops, yeast, and time into something people cheers over? If you’re into great beer and good vibes, we want you on our team. We’re looking for a Full-time Brewer who will be hands-on with the entire process — from wort production all the way through to packaging. You’ll work closely with our production team to keep the brewhouse humming and the beer flowing.
What you’ll be doing
Brew delicious wort and manage the brewing process from hot side to cold side
Monitor fermentation, cellaring, transfers, and quality checks
Keep the brewhouse and cellar clean, organized, and sanitary (cleanliness = great beer)
Run the canning line and package beer into kegs
Work as part of a tight-knit production team where responsibilities are share
Help keep inventory in check for raw materials and finished beer
Troubleshoot and maintain brewing, cellaring equipment, and our cask canning line.
You might be a great fit if:
You’ve worked in a brewery or have relevant brewing experience/training
You’re mechanically inclined and don’t panic when a pump makes a weird noise
You’re comfortable running a Cask Canning Line…we all know they can be a bit finicky.
You like working on your feet (8-10 hours per day) and don’t mind the occasional splash of beer on your coveralls
You’re able to lift up to 100lb – kegs, grain, you name it we move it manually around here.
You’re detail-oriented (gravities, temps, can seams — you’re into it)
You enjoy collaborating, communicating, and being part of a team that has each other’s backs
You won the local forklift obstacle course…Just kidding, but you are licensed to operate one.
What’s in it for you
Annual salary $45,000-55,000 – commensurate with experience
