OPEN POSITIONS:
TAPROOM SERVERS (Part-time)
We are currently looking for part time Taproom Servers to join our dynamic and growing team. If you are passionate about craft-beer, love to flex your hospitality muscles, and you’re excited about working as part of a diverse and growing team, then this is the position for you! These positions are estimated at 12-15 hours per week (2-4 shifts per week), pay $16-18/hr + weekly tips, shifts include evenings and weekends. Valid pro-serve is required.
BREWERY ADMINISTRATOR (Part-time)
We are currently looking for a part-time Brewery Administrator to support our production and operations team. You will be responsible for invoicing and payment reconciliation, AR follow ups and reconciliation, and stock and inventory management. If you think spreadsheets are cool, and you have a knack for keeping things organized, then we want to hear from you! This position is estimated at 16 hours per week with room to grow. Pay will range from $20-24/hr based on experience. Hybrid work from home is available for this role.
PRODUCTION ASSISTANT (Part-time)
We are currently looking for a part-time Production Assistant to support our growing team. This position will work directly with our production and packaging teams as well as support our delivery and sales team. The position is estimated at 24-30 hours per week. Tasks will include off-packing cans, preparing pallets for shipping, organizing and cleaning the warehouse, delivering beer orders (2-3 days per week), and supporting the production team. Applicants must be comfortable standing for extended periods of time (6-8 hours), lifting up to 150lbs, and have a valid drivers license and clean driving record. Basic PPE will be provided. Pay will range from $18-21/hr based on experience.
SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANT (Part-time)
We are currently looking for a part-time Social Media Assistant. If you’re always up on the latest trend, you’ve got an eye for the perfectly framed photo, and you love to write creative copy then we want to hear from you! This position will work directly with our Customer Experience Manager to create content for our various platforms, maintain our website, and create marketing materials for our Taproom. You must be familiar with Squarespace and Canva, and have experience creating and editing content for Instagram and TikTok. This is a part-time role with the ability to work flexible hours both at the brewery and remotely. Hours are estimated at 6-12hrs per week and pay will range from $21-24/hr based on experience.
