TAPROOM SERVER (Part Time)
We are currently looking for a part time Taproom Server to join our dynamic and growing team. If you are passionate about craft-beer, love to flex your hospitality muscles, and if you are excited about working as part of a diverse and growing team then this is the position for you! This position is estimated at 18-22 hours per week (2-3 shifts per week) with the opportunity to grow to full time as we enter our busy Spring & Summer season.

What you will be responsible for...
High quality taproom customer service.
Maintaining Beer Clean Glassware & a focus on quality craft beer service.
Working collaboratively as part of a team in a fast paced and fun environment.
Supporting the setup and execution of private events at the Taproom.
Working at offsite events and festivals and samplings*
Sharing your passion for Craft Beer and your knowledge with our customers.
Serving and preparing food menu items.
Keeping our taproom space clean and tidy.
Completing daily and weekly cleaning duties.
What we need from you...
Experience working in a customer service environment.
General beer knowledge and a passion and interest in learning more about beer styles and beer production.
A passion for customer service and the hospitality industry as a whole.
Solid organization and time management skills.
Valid Pro-Serve.
Flexible availability – shift times vary throughout the week, and include daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
Must be available on Sundays
Valid Drivers License - for offsite events, samplings etc.* This is a bonus but not a requirement for the position. Off-site events are an optional part of this position.

Living Wage – this role will pay between $16-18/hour + Tips for all hours worked as a Taproom Server. The hourly wage will be determined based on the experience and skillset of the successful candidate.
