Experience the timeless flavours of chocolate and orange like never before! After three years of transforming one of our beers into a single malt whiskey, Confluence Distilling created a ready-to-drink twist on a classic cocktail! Perfect for sharing and savouring.
Through their Beer Rescue Program, we gave Confluence a pastry stout in 2021 that just didn’t go as planned. They took the beer, distilled it and then barrel aged it for 3 years in oak barrels, making it in to a single malt whiskey! It was then blended into this Old Fashioned, with chocolate, orange and walnut bitters.
