A light and refreshing pale ale infused with bergamot orange, early grey tea leaves and aromas of stone fruits. One of our favourite aspects of this beer is the flavour profile the Earl Grey tea leaves give, which create a unique light sweetness that makes this beer stand out from the first sip, to the last.

… We crept out into the dark and cool night. The black sky enveloping us like a thick blanket. The only light coming from the rising moon to the east. We were alone and the world was silent. We looked up… closed our eyes… and howled at the rising moon. Welcoming the change of the season, opening our arms to the cool breeze and feeling infinitely free…
On a whim, we decided to bring back our favorite, bright and fruity, light and fluffy, and of course tangy to finish creamsicle sour. This funky and tart sour will transport you to a forest of whimsy thanks to the aromas of tart tangerine, and creamy vanilla, this capricious brew finishes with just enough sweetness thanks to the use of Lactose sugar.

Story by: Fran & John
....The sun warmed our goose-bumped bodies as we lay next to the freezing cold mountain stream, having just taken a refreshingly cold dip. We stared up mezmerized by the tree tops, giggling at silly stories and inside jokes. Hours seemed to pass until suddenly we noticed - where was John? Getting to our feet, we spread out to casually explore the forest glade, on the hunt for our missing friend. He was crouched near our backpacks, examining a old stump, overtaken by the caprice to look at fungi.....

... The air was already thin at 16,018 feet, but we were still hungry for more. I was in Ecuador with my dad, the kind of travel partner who never says no to a challenge. Our first summit attempt was Cotopaxi, a volcano so massive and surreal it felt like we were hiking into a painting. Most people might rest after something like that. But three days later, there we were again, lacing our boots for Chimborazo. It was brutal. Every breath felt earned. But hiking alongside my dad, we pushed past 17,000 vertical feet, fueled by stubbornness, awe, and the kind of bond that only deepens above the clouds....

…..Sand between our toes, warm breeze at our backs, and the waves rolling in gently along the shore. We had setup our standard issue folding chairs and umbrella in the early hours of the morning to ensure a prime people watching spot. It was day three of our time on Maui and the worries of the world couldn't feel farther away as we spotted whales breaching in the distance and said Aloha Cutie! to the giant sea turtles as they floated past in the shallows……

...The stories about Bill Peyto's exploits, embellished or not, are sure to lure even the most indifferent bystander into the mystique that is Wild Bill. I first learned about Peyto's lost cabin from a poem published in a now defunct mountain culture magazine. The thought of a mysterious cabin, deep in the Banff backcountry, was too enticing a story to ignore. After months of research the day finally arrived when I would embark to find Peyto's Bookrest Cabin. Armed with some rough directions, we set off from Sunshine Village headed for Simpson Pass. Even with the cabin's approximate location circled on the map, the lost cabin proved to be elusive. As the sun was slipping behind the Rockies, we opted for one last search in the woods. Amongst the trees, hidden away just as Peyton had intended, we finally laid eyes on the ramshackle cabin. Hyper aware of the rapidly fading daylight, we made the most out of the short time we allotted ourselves to explore the cabin. My ambitious search for the colourful character that was Bill Peyto had ended. My venture was not out of disrespect, but of an inquisitiveness to learn more about the man and how he prospered in a very different time. Don’t worry Bill, your secret is safe with me!...
This lager is known for its black colour and notes of roasted malt, with subtle hints of coffee and chocolate. The crispness of a typical lager with the malt character of darker ales. Smooth and easy drinking.

….We were exploring Plémont Beach, a secluded cove on the northern shore of Jersey. The contrast of the blue, clear water, light sand and dark rocks covered in lush green made it the most beautiful beach we had ever seen. We were there as the day was heading into low-tide, which is when the island nearly doubles in size. The beach was opening itself up for us to explore. Large rocks were starting to expose themselves. And then we found the caves, which offered a whole new world to discover...
